A HomeExchange referral code (also called a sponsor key or sponsorship key) is a unique code that existing members share with new users. When you create your account on HomeExchange.com with the code yahia-a1220, you start with bonus GuestPoints — the currency used to book stays even when a reciprocal home swap isn't possible.

Fill in your name and email, or sign up with Google or Facebook — it takes about two minutes.
- Enter the sponsor key if asked
If the code isn't pre-filled, paste yahia-a1220 into the “Sponsor key” field on the registration page or in your account settings.
- Complete your home profile
Add photos and a description of your home. Complete profiles receive more exchange requests.
- Receive your bonus GuestPoints
Once your profile is complete and your membership is active, the bonus GuestPoints are credited automatically.

- Log in to your HomeExchange account
Go to homeexchange.com and sign in with your email and password.
- Open your profile settings
Click your avatar or name in the top corner, then select “My account” or “My profile”.
- Find the sponsorship section
In the settings menu, look for “Social and network” (or “Referral” / “Sponsorship”, depending on your app version).
- Paste the code and save
Enter yahia-a1220 in the sponsor field and click Save. The bonus is credited once your membership is active. Note: a referral code can only be added once per account.
